Women Empowering Women: Mentorship Journey Begins for Future Leaders
We are very pleased to launch the mentoring process for 24 women from the private sector who aspire to cultivate leadership skills.
Our mentees are exceptionally fortunate to receive guidance from highly accomplished and dedicated women, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the mentors for their strong interest and unwavering commitment.
Upon opening the call for mentors, we were delighted to receive an overwhelming response within the first hours, with three times more applications than the available mentoring positions. This is a true testament to how women empower women on their journey toward successful careers.
Stay tuned for more updates on our approach to advancing women’s empowerment in decision-making roles within the private sector through the project on increasing gender diversity on boards, funded by the German Government through GIZ and supported by RIT Kosovo.
