Want to Become a Mentor? Join the Mentoring Scheme
The Mentoring Scheme is a UNICEF project in Kosovo implemented by Kosovo CSR Network, designed to empower and develop young people by increasing their capacity and opportunities to participate in the workforce, policy-making, and decision-making processes.
The programme connects youth participating in UNICEF ADAP initiatives with volunteer mentors from the private sector, including professionals from member companies of Kosovo CSR Network, as well as young mentors over the age of 24 who are alumni of international scholarship programmes.
Through mentoring, young people gain practical experience, professional guidance, and valuable insights that help them transition into the labor market and become active contributors to society.
