UPShift – Social Impact Workshop
The UPShift – Social Impact Workshop, implemented by IPKO Foundation with the support of UNICEF Kosovo Programme and Kosovo CSR Network as an implementing partner, brought together 50 young girls and boys for an intensive three-day experience.
Through interactive sessions and practical teamwork, participants strengthened their professional skills and built capacities to identify and address social challenges within their communities. The workshop combined creativity, innovation and structured mentoring, creating a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
During the final pitching session, participants presented diverse and innovative project ideas aimed at generating positive social impact. Five groups were selected to receive financial support of 1,000 EUR each, as well as three months of expert mentoring and guidance from IPKO Foundation to further develop their initiatives.
UPShift continues to demonstrate the power of youth-driven solutions and the importance of partnerships in empowering young people to become active contributors to social change.
