Roland Raka – Volunteer Mentor in the Mentorship Programme

Roland Raka – Volunteer Mentor in the Mentorship Programme
Roland Raka served as a volunteer mentor within one of the developmental workshops organized under the UNICEF Kosovo Programme, contributing directly to youth empowerment through professional mentorship.

Reflecting on his experience, he stated:
“The workshop was highly content-driven and unique. I had the pleasure of working with a group of intelligent and eager adolescents, motivated to identify and address social challenges within their communities. My academic exchange experience through the Erasmus+ Programme, as well as my engagement as a Board Member of the Western Balkans Alumni Association (WBAA), helped me better understand the challenges faced by young people in Kosovo. Although it was an intensive week, being part of this workshop as a professional mentor was both an achievement and an empowering experience for me.”

The Mentorship Programme is a key component of the “Kosovo Generation Unlimited” project, implemented by Kosovo CSR Network and made possible through the support of Unicef Kosovo Programme, the Austrian Development Agency, and SIDA.
