Regional Meeting in ITP Prizren Strengthens Youth Opportunities
Today, at ITP Prizren, Kosovo Generation Unlimited hosted a regional meeting bringing together businesses, institutions, and young people to build new bridges of opportunities and collaboration. Coordinated by Kosovo CSR Network, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers and UNICEF Kosovo Programme, the meeting focused on a shared goal: empowering youth through professional internships provided by the Kosovo Generation Unlimited platform.
The event highlighted several key points:
• Young Talent in the Labor Market: Businesses learned about the exceptional potential young Kosovars bring through professional internships, contributing energy, creativity, and fresh ideas.
• Strategic Partnerships: New avenues for collaboration were developed, supporting a stronger economy focused on youth and innovation.
• Workforce Strength: Professional internships not only empower youth but also provide businesses with a competitive advantage through Kosovo Generation Unlimited.
• Shared Compensation Support: With two-thirds of compensation covered by the program, businesses are encouraged to include more youth in professional experiences.
