Meridian Express Advances Gender Equality in the Workplace
Meridian Express is taking concrete steps to advance gender equality within the workplace. The company’s Gender Equality Task Force gathered for an intensive two-day workshop to conduct a comprehensive gender gap analysis. This analysis serves as the foundation for the company’s Gender Equality Action Plan, designed to foster inclusive work environments, strengthen women’s economic empowerment, and contribute to broader social and economic development.
This initiative is part of the pioneering Workplace Equality-Women Empowerment Project, implemented for the first time in Kosovo. Led by UN Women and proudly implemented by Kosovo CSR Network, the project aims to create transformative change in the private sector, setting new standards for gender equality and inclusive workplace practices.
Through this process, Meridian Express demonstrates its commitment to equality and inclusion, paving the way for other companies to follow and fostering an environment where all employees can thrive. These efforts highlight the importance of addressing gender disparities and promoting opportunities for women’s professional growth and leadership.
