Mentorship – The Art of Teaching and Learning

Mentorship represents a mutual process of learning and growth, where the experience, knowledge, and guidance of professionals become a pathway for young people. As one of the most significant experiences in academic and professional life, voluntary mentorship helps youth build confidence, develop practical skills, and take responsibility for their future and their communities.

Kosovo CSR Network, with the support of Unicef Kosovo Programme, has enabled hundreds of mentorship opportunities for young people in Kosovo, connecting them with professionals from various sectors. These experiences have supported their career orientation and increased their readiness for the labor market.
