Mentorship as an Investment in Youth Development
The main objective of youth mentorship is to support their professional and personal development. Through the “Mentorship Scheme,” Kosovo CSR Network aims to strengthen young people’s capacity to participate in the workforce, policy-related processes, and public decision-making.
Mentorship is a relationship built on trust and mutual respect, benefiting not only young participants but also mentors themselves. Through this engagement, mentors have reported improved self-reflection skills, greater social awareness, deeper cultural understanding, and stronger responsibility in addressing social challenges.
With the support of UNICEF Kosovo Programme, Kosovo CSR Network continues to mobilize expertise from the private sector, alumni associations, and civil society representatives to further enhance youth professional development and active civic participation.
