Meet Our Mentor – Baton Isniqi
Kosovo CSR Network proudly presents Baton Isniqi as Mentor of the Month, recognizing his dedicated contribution to youth development through the Mentorship Scheme.
Baton is a biologist and environmentalist with an academic background in General Biology from the University of Prishtina. During his Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Konstanz in Germany, he collaborated with researchers on projects related to Global Change Ecology, plant research and lake ecology.
Throughout his professional journey, Baton has worked with prominent organizations such as UNICEF, PEN, IPKO Foundation, KEERC, Kosovo CSR Network, REC and others. His experience spans environmental research, youth engagement and project implementation.
Since 2018, Baton has been part of the WBA Association, where he serves as Deputy Head of the Projects Team, contributing to the development and coordination of impactful initiatives.
He describes himself as “a biologist with long hair and a passion for nature,” highlighting his deep personal and professional commitment to environmental protection and sustainable living. As a vegetarian with a strong ethical outlook, Baton integrates his personal values into his professional engagement.
Through his mentorship, Baton continues to inspire young people to think critically, act responsibly and contribute positively to society and the environment.
