Baker Tilly aims to strengthen its position in the Kosovo market by increasing collaborations with new clients, with a particular focus on expanding its Internal Audit services. Growth in clientele will enable the firm to further invest in staff training and professional development.
In addition to business growth, Baker Tilly focuses on financial and business advisory services that help clients improve efficiency and organizational performance. These services include improving accounting systems, preparation of financial statements and consolidated accounts, as well as organizational restructuring.

The firm has cooperated with the non-governmental organization Action for Mothers and Children and ensures that all fundamental principles of corporate responsibility are respected within its operations and partnerships.
Particular importance is given to youth employment and training, especially for marginalized groups and women. Each year, approximately 30 percent of the staff consists of young graduates. Baker Tilly invests in their career development and provides opportunities for professional growth. The firm also offers pro bono services to more than 10 organizations annually, particularly those working with youth, sports, and cultural initiatives.
Looking ahead, Baker Tilly’s CSR strategy includes launching a practical internship program for students of the Faculty of Economics in fields aligned with the firm’s services. The program will be paid and will help students connect academic knowledge with practical experience. Additional activities include organizing workshops on labor market preparation, CV writing, interview skills, workplace ethics, and professional development. The company also plans to offer selected students scholarships or professional training opportunities in partnership with associated organizations.
Through these initiatives, Baker Tilly aims to contribute to preparing the next generation for the labor market and to strengthening responsible business practices in Kosovo.
