Managing Stress During Quarantine with Floriana Bajrami
As part of the “Mentorship Scheme,” Kosovo CSR Network organized a series of virtual sessions with Floriana Bajrami, a dedicated Yoga instructor, who shared practical techniques and guidance on managing stress and emotions during the quarantine period.
Through these sessions, participants learned more about relaxation practices, the importance of mental and physical well-being, and ways to maintain balance while studying and working from home.
These activities created a supportive and positive space for youth, helping reduce stress and promote a healthier lifestyle.
