Kosovo CSR Network held its Annual General Assembly Meeting
Kosovo CSR Network held its Annual General Assembly Meeting, where strategic directions for advancing responsible business practices in Kosovo were discussed and defined. The discussions focused on the key role of the private sector in advancing sustainable development and on strengthening the impact of Kosovo CSR Network as a leading platform for responsible business in Kosovo.
The meeting was opened by the Chair of the Board, Mr. Vigan Sylejmani, who emphasized that through sustained engagement and close collaboration with member businesses and partners, the Network is contributing to building a business culture oriented towards responsibility, sustainability, and long-term value creation.
The Executive Director, Ms. Zana Bajrami-Rama, highlighted Network’s strategic orientation towards mobilizing the private sector to integrate ESG practices and accelerate the transition towards sustainable business models, through strong partnerships and the active engagement of member companies.

Within the framework of the Assembly, members approved the annual activity report and financial statements for 2025, as well as the work plan and budget for 2026, reaffirming their shared commitment to advancing the sustainability agenda.
The meeting concluded with strategic discussions on strengthening the Network’s role in the years ahead, reflecting a clear vision for expanding its impact and deepening the transformation of the private sector towards sustainable development.
