Global Entrepreneurship Week Kosovo: Transformational Leadership Training
On the occasion of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), organized by our partner Innovation Center Kosovo, Kosovo CSR Network in cooperation with Sustainability Leadership Kosova provided a training session for members and supporters on Transformational Leadership.
The training aimed to strengthen leadership capacities within companies by promoting innovation, long term vision and responsible decision making. Transformational leadership is essential for integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) into core business strategies and ensuring sustainable organizational growth.
CSR activities and initiatives are directly linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations in the 2030 Agenda. Through this activity, companies were further educated about the strategic importance of CSR and Sustainable Development, as well as the tangible impact these practices have on company performance, stakeholder trust and long term competitiveness.
