Getoarba Prokshaj – Intern at Kosovo CSR Network
Getoarba Prokshaj is one of the beneficiaries of the internship programme at Kosovo CSR Network under the “Kosovo Generation Unlimited” project. She is a Master’s level student and an active participant in advocacy campaigns and environmental volunteer initiatives.
Reflecting on her experience, Getoarba shared:
“My internship engagement is helping me clarify my professional goals and further shape my career direction. This experience became another pathway for expanding my social network and enriching my knowledge. I now find it easier to function in teamwork settings and I am more aware of the importance of the saying TEAM WORK – DREAM WORK.”
Through its internship component, the K-GenU project aims to empower 500 young people aged 15-24 by offering paid internships and additional non-formal education opportunities through training.
The “Kosovo Generation Unlimited” project is implemented by Kosovo CSR Network and supported by Unicef Kosovo Programme and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
