Four Years of Impact: Celebrating Kosovo Generation Unlimited (KGenU)

This week, we marked four years of successful collaboration and impact through Kosovo Generation Unlimited (KGenU) — the largest platform in Kosovo dedicated to youth empowerment and career success.

- Training and Mentorship Programs
- Inspiration from Business Leaders

We celebrated a journey of transformation, partnership, and growth. The event featured inspiring speeches, presentation of results, powerful success stories, and special recognition for our private sector partners for their valuable contribution to empowering young people.

📊 Key Achievements:
✨ 12,734 young people engaged on the KGenU platform
✨ 957 businesses mobilized to provide internship opportunities
✨ 3,144 young people placed in internships, with more than 50% girls
In 2024 alone, 979 young people began their professional development journey through internships
