Flexograf Contributes to Youth Empowerment Through Mentorship
Member of Kosovo CSR Network, Flexograf, continues to support youth empowerment through the voluntary engagement of its staff in mentorship initiatives. Vildane Haliti, Legal Officer at Flexograf, is among the professional mentors who shared her experience and expertise, supporting young people in developing their professional skills and pursuing their goals.
She emphasized the importance of private sector involvement in empowering youth, describing mentorship as a meaningful and inspiring experience. “During the workshop, I was inspired to create and pursue new dreams for the near future,” she noted.
Shpend Xhaqkaj from Flexograf also contributed as a mentor during the “UPSHIFT for Social Change” workshop, guiding participants in developing their social impact projects and strengthening their social entrepreneurship skills.
Kosovo CSR Network appreciates the commitment of Flexograf and its mentors, whose engagement contributes to youth development and promotes corporate social responsibility.
The “Mentorship Scheme” is implemented by Kosovo CSR Network and supported by UNICEF Kosovo Programme.
