European Summit 2020 – Empowering Youth through Mentorship
On October 27, as part of the 2020 Sustainable Development Goals Summit, Kosovo CSR Network organized a national roundtable focused on empowering youth and building the future through voluntary mentorship.
The event addressed key challenges and opportunities related to unmet youth needs in education, skills development, and employment. The roundtable provided a platform for concrete discussions on creating employment pathways for young people and mobilizing partners to support implementation.
The event welcomed distinguished speakers, including Ms. Vlora Dumoshi, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport; Mr. Murat Sahin, Head of UNICEF Programme in Kosovo; Mr. Agon Gashi, CEO of Meridian Express; and Ms. Linda Tahiri, Executive Director of Kosovo CSR Network.
The discussion was moderated by Vesa Dinarama, Senior Coordinator at Kosovo CSR Network, ensuring a structured and engaging dialogue.
The discussions are expected to contribute to the advancement of several Sustainable Development Goals, including quality education, gender equality, decent work, economic growth, and partnerships for development.
