Elionë Neziri – Intern at Tedes Contract, OXA Group
Elionë Neziri is an intern at Tedes Contract, part of OXA Group, and one of the beneficiaries of the “Kosovo Generation Unlimited” project. She holds a degree in Interior Architecture and is currently expanding her professional experience through hands-on engagement.
Reflecting on her experience, Elionë stated:
“Participating in an internship in such a company not only helps me professionally, but also benefits my development in teamwork. As a future Interior Architect, I have developed my skills in almost every aspect related to architecture and design, from conceptual planning to project implementation.”
Through this internship, Elionë is gaining practical, field-based experience by connecting her academic knowledge with real-world project development and execution.
The “Kosovo Generation Unlimited” project is implemented by Kosovo CSR Network and supported by Unicef Kosovo Programme and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA). Through its internship component, K-GenU aims to empower 500 young people aged 15-24 by providing paid internship opportunities and additional non-formal education through training.
