Cooperation with IPKO Foundation for the Mentorship Scheme
Kosovo CSR Network has initiated cooperation with IPKO Foundation to implement a mentorship scheme aimed at strengthening and developing young people in Kosovo.
This initiative will engage private sector experts and young mentors to support youth in enhancing their skills, increasing their employability, and improving their participation in the workforce and decision-making processes.
Through structured mentoring and knowledge exchange, the program seeks to build capacity among young people and create stronger links between the private sector and the next generation of professionals.
