Artë Retkoceri – Volunteer Mentor in the Mentorship Programme
Artë Retkoceri is a volunteer mentor within the Mentorship Programme under the “Kosovo Generation Unlimited” project. She is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge and supporting young people in further developing their professional and personal skills.
Through her engagement with Kosovo CSR Network and other organizations, Artë has contributed as a mentor to the professional empowerment of young people in Kosovo. During this experience, she has supported and encouraged youth to take concrete steps in addressing the social challenges they face.
Artë holds a Master’s degree in Lifelong Learning through a joint Erasmus programme in Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Spain. This international academic experience has been instrumental in shaping her academic and professional development, particularly in the fields of project management and education policy.
She has also volunteered in similar initiatives aimed at advancing education, strongly believing that education is one of the fundamental pillars of a developed society. According to her, every contribution in this field, no matter how small, leaves a meaningful and lasting impact.
