During the month of March, members of the Kosovo CSR Network took concrete actions to promote gender equality and women empowerment, reflecting an ongoing commitment to advancing gender equality in their company practices.

Ujë Rugove contributed by supporting activities in Peja focused on gender equality and women empowerment, promoting an inclusive approach and community impact.

KESCO Energy continued its ongoing engagement through open discussions with employees across all regions, led by top leadership, addressing professional experiences, workplace challenges, and career development.

Baker Tilly Kosovo, through a creative activity, promoted a culture where leadership is based on skills, highlighting the importance of women in leadership, as well as the contribution of a woman leader in business, Arbresha Tuhina, also Secretary of the Board of the Kosovo CSR Network.

FINCA Kosovë organized a panel discussion with its clients, creating space to share experiences as women leading businesses and to reflect on challenges and achievements in business.

PwC Albania and Kosovo held a panel focused on gender equality through everyday actions, emphasizing not only the importance of policies for women’s empowerment but also the continuous support we provide to empower others.
